It is very nice
We just needed a little something to eat because we somewhere to be. We got the breakfast burritos, hash browns and drink. We were visiting the area and the building for this McDonald's in Independence. It is a two story building and much better than the current 'decor' in most of their restaurants. We struggled a little with getting our order clear, but that is due to the way McDonald's pictures the meals menu which is not accurate and explains nothing. However, the person taking my order... It's a McDonalds but the food was dry and clearly had been sitting in the trays for a while before being served instead of being made fresh. Service was what it is at these places now, half-assed and impersonal.
I will never ever go there again! Ordered online. Igot there and stood for 20 minutes! While people that ordered from the kiosk got there food before me and also the Door Dash people. So in total it was 40 minutes from the time I ordered online! That place is a joke! Never again!
