Everything was wrong with my order.
I was overcharged for my food 1st time and 2nd time they forgot an item and I had to go back to the restaurant to pick it up. The employees never apologized or said a word just handed me the item and walked away. I complained to the Corporate Office and received an email from Angie Delancy, I guess she was the Manager, saying she was sorry and for me to send her my address and she would send a coupon for a free sandwich. Fast and accurate!
Asked for extra bagel sauce and literally no sauce was added to my bagel. Don’t charge me for it if you’re not going to fulfill my request.
