Why are my fries always cold? Even if drive thru is busy.
I arrived at 10:40pm and was told that they were closed and not accepting anymore orders. When I said that I thought that they closed at 11:00pm, I was told that they had already started cleaning and were not accepting orders. Highly unprofessional. If you’re open until 11:00pm, you’re open until 11:00pm. Absolutely ridiculous.
Waiting in drive through for 20 mins
Walked in/dined in 8/23/25 about 7am, placed order for dine-in. Machine did not dispense a receipt. Stood around waiting for my order while several other parties walked in, received their food and left. By happenstance I glance over by the door dash courrier area, I see a paper bag tossed on the shelf with my order number on it and cold food with empty cups tossed in the bag.
