I ordered one of their famous Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuits. I received an itemized receipt of a Bacon Biscuit with Added Egg and No cheese & charged for a drink that I did not order. I was then told to park & wait for a refund. I called to speak to a manager and it was only a LOUD BEEP in my ear...no message. I attempted to "Leave Feedback" on the website per directions on receipt but it was considered 'not valid'.... I then left a comment at McDonald's.com with ZERO acknowledgment! To sum it up... Worker on speaker was rude. They had Wendy from Wendy’s at the cash register. Waited 40 minutes for an order and two cars were in front of me. I had two cheeseburgers. Food cold at least pull people up. If I lived here I’d come back and get a refund
