Customer Service is practically not existent
I don’t know if it’s the quality of staff or being understaffed, but this place and its service quality is terrible. Been going here almost a year, and nothing is changing. From missing utensils and syrup, butter and salt and pepper every time you order something, to outright lying about something being in my bag, when I’m looking straight into it and telling them something is missing, I will never recommend this place to anyone.
