Waited 25 minutes for my order and there was only one other guy in the lobby. Fries were room temperature, soggy and had a bad taste. Sandwiches made poorly. I witnessed people leaving because they got tired of waiting at the register for someone to take their order. Bad food and bad service. The cheese missed the sandwich. Lol. Staff too busy goofing off to acknowledge customers.
I can’t say enough about Sharee’s outstanding leadership and customer service! During my visit, I encountered a difficult situation with the drive thru employee who seemed to be very rude and dismissive which became very frustrating. However, Sharee stepped in with such grace, professionalism, and care that she completely turned the situation around. The fries were extremely salty and unedible. I had 2 large fries and the fries in the happy meal could not be eaten. I hate when I feel like I've wasted my money.
