I am writing to report a very disappointing experience I recently had at your location. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Biscuit and was served a McChicken patty instead, which is clearly not the correct product. While mistakes can happen in any restaurant, what matters is how they are handled. When I called the store to address the issue, the employee who answered was extremely rude and dismissive.
