WORST experience!!! Went thru drive thru and paid at 5:12 pm. Was told they didn't have two pies I ordered so said to give me what they had and refund the rest. I was pulled up to the 3rd window with only my drinks. Over 15 mins later I had to pull up to go inside (no shoes on in night gown) I was done! I wanted a refund. The manager never apologized once. I hope I’m spelling her name right, but I believe her name was Senaya—she did an amazing job taking care of me as a customer. Her hospitality was on point and really stood out. Just a reminder, I’m the customer who ordered the hot tea today—July 10th around 12 noon. I even spoke with the manager to let him know how great she was, and he was just as pleasant. They’re running a really solid operation over there. Great experience all around! 👏🍟
One of the best McDonalds we have been to. It was clean and they were taking care of customers out front. One thing I cant stand about McDonalds these days is they forget the people who come in as if they are a drive through only place but this one showed up for both. Keep up the great customer service it makes a difference.
