Had a friend pick up a hot coffee with cream. The coffee was cold and had a ton of grounds in it. Jeez ussssss
Drive thru order-They forgot to put napkins and sauce in the bag with my food. I go inside, they try to charge me extra, I explain I never got either of those items. The employee chooses to argue with me over whether or not he put the missing items in my bag. No body wants to spend 10 minutes in a drive thru, just to have to turn around and do it again all bc items were left out of the order. My mom and I came in looking for an ice cream and were shocked by how badly this place was put together. The floor was wet and the wet floor sign was still stacked against the wall unused. Only one side of the menu was working. And the staff were behind the desk arguing instead of helping the people standing around, ignoring us and instead fighting over who wanted to work the register.
