Xould not get help from employees o had a door dash order they final aftwr 15 minutes told me they didnt have the order did not even check the tablet. I lost revenue of i canot find orders in your system you shouldn't be doing doordash or uber eats orders
Terrible customer service and attitudes. Wait forever and get the wrong food. Speak to the manager, they could care less.
They didn’t get my order right. They told me that I would have to drive around and wait in line again to reorder the item they missed when I originally ordered. I asked to talk to the manager. She told me there’s nothing we can do and you’re wasting my time. I felt like I shouldn’t have to go back and wait in line when they couldn’t even get my order right in the first place. That’s poor customer service especially coming from the manager.
