I have ordered on the mobile app and every time something wasn't right or missing. When you call the restaurant and explain the problem the night manager is very dismissive or just hangs up. Tonight I ordered food for my son on the app he went to pick it up like 10 to 15 minutes after I ordered, went to drive-thru gave them the code, employee said move forward, and had to wait another 15 minutes. I'm done with this location, and will be taking my business elsewhere.
A typical McDonald's. Food is okay but service is horrendous. Orders are wrong, missing items, wrong condiments, etc. Be sure to check the accuracy BEFORE you drive off. Breakfast orders are usually more accurate but check the bag just in case.
