Place was clean. Not crazy about the new look. Need to have sugar free syrup for Diabetics. The service was ok concedering being short of help.
The incompetence of this location is stunning! They didn't give us a portion of the order, didn't bother complaining in person because I really didn't want to sit there for another hour waiting for these idiots to correct it. Over an hour waiting for the order, and they can't get it right.
Staff were really nice. Was appalled at nastiness of tables in play area. Asked if could have some antibacterial wipes, was told they did not stock them. Nice worker tried to wash table with wet napkins because he could not find any towels or solutions to use. What happened the strict cleaning during and after Covid? The public is at very high risk of flu, covid, rsv, yet no emphasis of protection for patrons in this McDonalds. SHAME!!!
