I am very unhappy. I came through the drive through and ordered an iced macchiato. As im drinking my drink i stir my straw around on the bottom of the cup with caramel and feel something moving around. I look inside the bottom of the cup and immediately see a big white piece of plastic moving around in my drink. This review is specific to the Renfro St location. I placed a mobile order this morning for 1 drink and 1 apple pie. I went thru the drive thru and told the employee that I forgot to change the pickup location in the app. I was told that I would need to come inside to retrieve my order. Never have I been asked to go inside for the order if I failed to change it in the app. The order was already paid for. All they needed was my code which I provided.
