Employees not washing hands and not wearing gloves handling raw and cook food at the same time. Manager is unbothered by it also. Everyone waited over 40 minutes for their food and could not get help from employees.

Disgusting place and very rude staff and management
I ordered the Big Arch with instructions to remove the crispy onions and add extra slivered onions, pickles, and Arch sauce. What I received was the usual amount of pickles, onions, and sauce but EVERYTHING else removed. Complete waste of time and money. I didn't think it was that complicated a request, but I guess words are hard for some folks.
