So, I placed an order on the app. The guy in the drive through asked to wait. No one in the another line was waiting. Then he took 2 cars from the another line while I was waiting in the line: the manager did nothing when I got her. I lost my rewards point since I did nothing want wait anymore. Worst service!!! And the manager doesn’t know how to MANaGE!
The McDonald’s here has been around forever and recently had a renovation. My great grandfather used to come here every morning to get his coffee and he would always talk about the good experiences he had with staff.
