Midlothian McDonald's is awful. No compassion or empathy especially for seniors. A elderly woman dropped her $1 cone and the Hispanic male manager said she would have to pay for a new cone. No one cleaned up her spill. Rude, disgusting. I paid for her new cone. She was SO grateful. Is McDonald's that hard up for money? Disgusting! Rude, dirty, service takes TOO long. Shame on you McDonald's. I'll be going to BK, Taco Bell, Wendy's in the future. McDonald's is getting worse and worse. Need caring people!
