Customer service has drastically went down hill at this location! They used to be one of the better locations. Now I won't be going back because I'm sick of how I'm treated every time I go there recently. Today was the last straw. The employee at the 1st window was already rude and unfriendly. Then they need to HAND the customer their change, not basically toss it at the customers and literally go " oh." when it went down to the pavement! They don’t say “ sorry” or nothing! poor service, incompetent workers all had an attitude when they made my order wrong i asked no salt on my fries they gave me salt ones, i asked for no ice they gave me no ice, they didn’t give me straws but had an attitude when handing me straws nd didn’t even give me the right amount of straws. very rude employees
