I just ordered a big meal through Uber eats. I really wish that they would've double check my order😤 cause I literally wasted over $100+, plus I tip the guy. I didnt received my Large fries that comes with my meal and a small shamrock shake. Also, food was poorly packed and cold nuggets and fries on my kids happy meals..they better do better next time.
Evening staff during the week!!!! GET YOUR ISH TOGETHER!!! The only person who has good customer service is the person taking your money in drive-thru. Other than that the service has been WACK!!! On top of all the things seen on social media and other platforms about what's in the food, the evening staff here has me completely turned off! I've spent less and less her in the last few months because of this. Work on you all's performance while at work and pay attention so the customers are leaving happy and not disappointed.
Messed my order up 2 days in a row. Asked for a mcchicken with cheese, they forgot the cheese. Then today asked for a sausage egg and cheese bagel and they give me bacon instead.
