Went in recently- the food was gross: the fries were salted to the point of absurdity: might as well had just asked for a package of salt and poured it down my throat. Burger was similar- it barely tastes like food. Service wasn't good- I guess interpersonal communication isn't a thing anymore. Tables were disgusting- waiting at a table that was not wiped.
No matter how busy it is, every time I go I have to wait 5 minutes for my food after going through the drive thru.
The fries were so undercooked this was nothing short of a quality control issue. It made me fear that the rest of my order wasn't cooked so i didn't allow the rest of my family to eat anything. Not normal McDonald's and the only reason im posting now is that finally I tried calling to let them know once we got home and realized things weren't correct, becausei couldonly imagine we weren'tthe only customers that have received sub quality food today.
