I went to this location last night, placed my order and then went to the 1st window to pay. I sat there for at least 5 minutes, the 1st girl at the window never turned around and her back was facing the window the whole time. I figured maybe this wasn’t the window for payment. So I go to the 2nd window and they asked what my order was, I told them and also said that the girl at the 1st window didn’t take my payment because she never turned around. The Spanish lady that's running the show don't know half of what's going on. Waited 20 minutes on a steak egg and cheese biscuit. Then they told me they were going to give me two hash browns for free and never gave them to me or put them in the bag. Then when I asked for him they told me that they never told me that smh... Wow!!!
Extremely rushed & careless. The employees were very short in responses, and forgot multiple things including a drink & fry. When I was handed the food, I gave a polite “Thank you” which was greeted with a “What?” and the window shut almost instantly. I was further ignored as I waited at the window when I noticed my drink was missing. Very impolite and need to work on customer service skills.
