Ordered an iced mocha. Came with no ice. Went back in to correct it. Then was given 2 ice cubes in my drink. Good one guys..
Nothing but problems. First time coming here and they were rude. Second time coming I had to repeat myself multiple times. All I had was a mobile order. I pull up to the window. They said they didn’t have it and were trying to get me to leave. Instead of troubleshooting it. Was sitting at the window for 10 min arguing. I had the right location and everything. Instead of getting a manager told me they didn’t have it. Then when they finally did get my order they made me pull up.
Proof that things can change!! Some time ago, this McDonald's used to be a catastrophe. But for a while now, and still going strong; the service, customer care, food quality, and speed have made an absolute 180° turnaround. The new manager (who wears a golden cross) is amazing at what he does. His staff, especially Aneel (sorry if spelled wrong), are the most courteous and professional team members I have seen at any McDonald's. I ordered food to eat in, but instead of serving it properly, they mistakenly put it in a DoorDash bag. I waited a long time with my kids before realizing the mistake. This was inconvenient and frustrating, as I expected better organization and attention to detail. I hope they improve their order-handling process to prevent this from happening again.
