Been waiting almost 30 mins for my meal extremely unproductive and unprofessional

On my way to work I stop here to get an oatmeal and a cup of water, the lady there took for ever talking about the register was down ask me to give her the oatmeal back after I waited that long she also kept the water I explained to her that I was running late for work and also that it wasn’t my fault, she said she was the manager I don’t understand how someone like her be a manager if it wasn’t my faults after I waited that long should a least gave me the cup of water, what happened with the customer always right.
