I’ve been going to this location for over 30 years, but ever since COVID, the quality has completely fallen apart. Every time I use the drive-thru, my order is either wrong or my instructions are completely ignored. I have a dairy allergy and always request no cheese, yet they rarely get it right. Most recently, I ordered a chicken combo and drove off with a hamburger combo instead—unacceptable. When employees are making $17–$20 an hour, there’s no excuse for this level of carelessness. They have a bunch of immature employees. I really enjoyed getting my food here until "3rd times the charm" on a messed up order and a barely unfilled drink with about 3 ice cubes floating around. I get it. It's just McDonald's, but you would think managing the crew a bit more on customer service would have been established at some point. The sarcastic look and immature comments when you try to have them fix an order as well is insane.
Order 3 chicken strip meals (4 pieces) and a mocha frappe after they sent me to the waiting spot I wait for long time and when I got the order they brought 3 order of 3 strips each no fries I complained and the guy went in and never came back I got in and the manager was acting like I was lying I stay for half hour until he decided to give the rest of my meal.
