09/04/2026 - traveling with family stool the kids to play area, seats were dirty they barely cleaned and as we sat down a roach was crawling on my mother we had to throw away our food and everything. Female staffs were very rude and questioned what we said was true we have the pictures. The place is not clean at all!
My husband and I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal around 12am. The long haired young man who took our order was “nice” /polite but it was definitely fake. There was a delay in getting our extra drink- and then he gave us 3 fresh nuggets on top and all the nuggets you couldn’t see offhand, were over done and rubbery to eat. It’s very clear which are burnt and which is fresh. Totally disappointing. Why couldn’t we have 10 fresh nuggets when we came there to pay for our food?
