10/31/2025 around 8:30 PM. My boyfriend and I pull up, there’s two cars line, TOTAL. We pull up to the second line in the drive thru. The automated voice goes, we say no… and then nothing. My boyfriend says “hello?” With no answer for a minute. THEN 1-2 minutes later the lady lets us know she’ll be with us shortly.
