This location does not participate in having shakes like the other McDonald’s. If you’re craving a shake, do not waste your time going there. I’ve gone 5 times and they ALWAYS say we don’t have shakes today. The owner should be reported to the franchise.
I went thru the drive thru & only ordered hot chocolate. I paid and then the girl at the pickup window told me to go to the drive thru parking space & they would bring it out to me. I waited 15 minutes & they never brought it out, so I went back around & talked to the lady who took my order.
