Just want to shout out the team here for helping us out. My wife ordered a BigMac through the app for 6000 points. When we arrived to pick it up, points were gone but the order had disappeared- no drive-thru code, no email confirmation, no order history. We went inside to explain what happened, and the manager gave us a BigMac with no hesitation. Thank you for the awesome customer service!
