To tell your employees that if the customer doesn't want their receipt that you're going to write them up is absurd! I don't need a receipt.. I have verification of it in other apps I don't need an extra piece of paper in my car that's trash. Your employees shouldn't get in trouble for a customer not wanting their receipt. Do better McDonald's... This location needs to be ran better!
Sat in drive thru waiting for some sort of greeting. After the wait told to go to windows 1. No one there... Went to windows two and woman acted like we put her out... Sad the service now days...
