Hey, you guys are in my neighborhood and I went to get a treat for my kids through your drive thru. I understand you were being slammed with customers, but the way I was spoken to through the order speaker wasn't great (no one swore or called me names) but they made it seem like I was the worst person on the planet because the screen board said Frappe and Big Mac when I was ordering Happy Meals and Snack Wraps. The worst McDonald in Springfield. It’s the closest to my house but I’d rather travel the extra time to not come here. Waited in the drive thru for 10 mins and was told to pull up. Then the worker came and told me they didn’t know I was waiting in anything. Then they started my order. Also there was no one else in the drive thru when I got there. Over 5 cars came and went while I waited.
