This location never has a working ice cream machine. I don’t know what the problem is, but it’s one of the ones that’s open late and never seems to have a working ice cream machine. I don’t see how that’s possible for such a long period of time. Months and months it has been down. Certainly Management would’ve addressed this issue by now. Or somebody just doesn’t want to do their job…

No drinks. Drink machines down. Food medium warm, should have been hot. Fish and double cheeseburger. Asked for no pickle. Got no pickle AND no onion. Too pricey for quality.

I used the app to place a mobile order. As instructed, I parked in a spot and paid for the order. It was 4:22. The app immediately told me order was received and at 4:24 it told me that my order would be out in 3 to 5 minutes. I waited, and waited. After about 20 minutes it said we hope you enjoy your order as much as we enjoyed preparing it. Great. Except I didn't get any order. Since I paid I got in the drive thru line.
