I have been to drive through and ordered some egg muffins and Hot Caramel Cappuccino. The employee working at the windows asked me to pull over some front and wait over there at the drive thru itself to get the coffee. South Grand location is total trash @ night shift. I get so sick of not receiving what I order & I dont ever go back and get what I am owed because by the time I get home I dont want to get back out again. Not to mention they dont answer the listed phone number & the staff is just rude as hell with ZERO customer service skills. Do BETTER!
Worst ive ever seen turning people away cause were not open 2 hours after the store opened absolutely ridiculous they just ignore you unless your black..they ignore us to serve u
