I come to this McDonald's daily (normally around 7:30 am) for breakfast and have never had a problem until today (I came at 9:45, different crew). I placed my usual order and waited. Upon receiving my order my iced coffee was missing the Carmel so I asked for Carmel to be added. The lady (and I use that term lossely) said I put the Carmel in there (it was quite bitter with no Carmel taste at all) and made an ugly face at me.
