The employees just don't care. They are there for a paycheck and the ice cream machine is always out of order.
Absolute WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. Ordered on the app, got there in less than 10 minutes, and then waited OVER HALF AN HOUR for three burgers and a small order of fries. NO APOLOGY, just attitude and lies from the manager - who was just flat out hateful honestly. Employees seemed miserable, the drive thru was packed, and only 3 cars were served in the entire time I was there - only 4 people inside waiting, but one girl said she had also been waiting over 20 minutes. Says they close at 12am. Got there at 11:30pm, workers were sitting inside at the tables on their phones and told me they were already closed.
