Waited at drive thru order screen for over 10 min, while 4-5 cars passed in the other lane. Drove up to window to place order and when she went to tap the screen, it immediately changed to lunch menu and she said there was nothing she could do. Can’t make this up!
Waited over 5 minutes to order. No one in front for over 5 minutes. Customers waiting. Both General and front managers on duty. They both were Busy filling orders instead of running restaurant. Two employees around the corner near bathrooms gossiping of what is happening in store and when I turned the corner and gave them the eye one came and took my order but continued to gossip. Service needs to be reviewed especially with GM and manager in store.
