The McDonald's on Flat Rock Rd/Jr Allen Pkwy has got to be the worst in the area. It doesn't matter what time you go I can almost guarantee you that you will be waiting. If you go through the drive-thru they almost always have you pull up or into a parking space to wait for your food. Also, I am pretty sure they can't count as well since our order is always messed up when we go. Example, we ordered 80 chicken nuggets the other day (4, 20 PC) and we only got 40. Employees were extremely rude for no reason.
Food was a little disappointing, but okay
I don't understand how they can have a valued employee working there who does the front counter and the drive thru and goes to work each and every single day extra early and gives 100% as well as great customer service but they still find a way to get rid of the employee. Like seriously what is going on with this McDonald's. Will never get any of my money anymore
