Worse customer service I ever had. Messed up my order completely and when I called them about it they had an attitude like it was my fault.
It was a big disappointment. Looks like a new automated McDonald's with a piano stuck in. The fireplace, chandeliers, larger dinning area, all gone. The homeless guys followed us from the parking lot. There were no employees to greet, no bring food out and when there was a problem with the food had to wait for awhile before any one answered me and I ended up walking back to get even ketchup. Sadly Disappointment was on the menu.
Thanks to Mary, this McDonald’s feels like a premium restaurant. She gives her full attention to every guest, I’ve never seen service like this at any McDonald’s. My friend and I had lunch yesterday, and Mary kept checking in with everyone to make sure everything was okay and if anyone needed anything. I couldn’t not leave her a review. Please value her!
Love the piano!
Remodel after flooding made this location nothing more than another corporate McDonald's, which is sad because the original was a long time favorite, I would go out of my way to visit, but never again now..
