Got all the way home, they didn't give us our cookies and my sweet tea was unsweetened. Usually they do pretty good, not tonight. Disappointing, too far to go back

When I go in the store I go to the counter and have to wait 10 minutes before they ask what I would like to order. I tell them I already placed an order and gave them my order number and name. They bring the food and not my drink. So I have to wait 10 more minutes before I see someone again and I ask for my drink and I can fill it up. They proceed to keep working on other peoples orders and are not worried about me because I already got my food I guess.
