8-29-2025 I guess I need to stop giving this location a chance. Because when you make an order and are charged for it, and their computer messes up for 10 minutes and it then makes the time past 10:30, they tell you you cannot have your order. I purchased breakfast for the family though the app, I live close so the app says they are preparing my order, this is before 10:30, So I paid and live less than a block away. Food: Wrong. When corrected, it was old. Service: Drive thru took literally 20 minutes. Sat at the window for 3 before anyone opened it, only to receive the wrong food. Went inside, sassed the manager a little, got the right food. Atmosphere: It’s a McDonalds. People don’t go here for the atmosphere, they go to get food quickly.
They denied me my pick up order saying I was at the wrong McDonald's when my receipt I showed them proved I was at the right McDonald's to pick up my order and they refused to give me a refund or even remake my order I would not trust this McDonald's with anything they are incompetent. I attached a screenshot of my receipt that proves I was at the right location and that they hire incompetent workers who don't know how to do anything right
