So like the others said...slow to no service... came in ...ordered on the kiosk and waited... had to ask to have someone bring the food. If they dont want to bring to the table...then just call out the number. Had to ask for ketchup... plenty of workers... just no one wanting to work.
They always mess up on the orders last time we went there was a roach in the window where they give you the food

I’m a regular customer at the McDonald’s on Eagle Drive, especially in the mornings with my kids before school. Today was beyond disappointing. The playground was closed for cleaning during peak morning hours — the exact time families come in to use it. That alone shows a complete lack of awareness for your customer base.
