This location is so hit or miss and unfortunately, it’s usually a miss. This is just one of many frustrating experiences I’ve had here. Most recently, I waited closer to 10 minutes at the drive-thru around 11:30 PM so not busy at all for a mobile order (just a medium soda). When someone finally responded, the employee was rude and dismissive. I had already been charged or I would’ve left.
