I placed a online order very simple, plain burger only cheese, large fry, ketchup, and 4 cookies, 1st all there was NO ketchup at all I put 10 packets on the order and not one, 2nd the plan burger had ketchup and pickles, and the cookies were hard as a rock, very disappointed I always come here and get the same thing and this was just bad!
Tonight at 7:20pm, I waited 10 minutes at the menu screen without anyone taking my order, while the other drive-through lane was operating smoothly. I drove to the first window to try placing my order. A person who seemed to be the manager (female) and a man with long blue-green braids glanced at me, then looked away and laughed.
