I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I waited over 5 minutes at the drive-thru with no greeting or acknowledgment — not even a "one moment please." After realizing no one was responding, I decided to drive around, only to find an employee standing outside. I then went inside, placed my order at the kiosk, and again waited another 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. A fairly decent McDonald's location, this place was clean and the service was fast, but in my opinion, that is to be expected. There are two drive-thru lines and this one can get pretty busy and especially some mornings. Parking lot is iffy at times but it doesn't keep me away. Good enough I say.

Horrible experience today. We sat at the drivethru box for over five minutes before being acknowledged to order. Then, while ordering, the lady kept cutting out and told us to wait. I had to repeat my order multiple times. I tried giving benefit of the doubt because those mics can be hard to hear on. When we pulled up to the 1st window, I finally understood the problem. Tje drive thru employees are in the wrong job. They clearly do not want to be working here. They have side conversations over the microphone and make you wait and then repeat what you said. Very unprofessional and honestly, disrespectful. They do not say Thank You or You're Welcome usually. Orders are right 99% of time but it may take 30 minutes.
