I stopped to order a quick order of small fries. After waiting well over 20 minutes, I asked manager for a refund. Got it without any apologies. Staff are incompetent. Cashier or manager should have just grabbed my fries !!!
This has got to be by far the worst McDonald's in the North country above albany. Or perhaps even in the state as far as I'm concerned. The worst part is it's in a good area so you would think it can't be that bad. And no I'm not one of those people that takes to the internet when he has one bad experience. I have had probably about 25 bad experiences at this McDonald's. Update 8/15: It's definitely gotten better at this location, but they've been out of coke zero for a week, and have not had diet coke for awhile. What's up with the person ordering the syrup? Not sure how you run out of a specific soda. Update 10/30: I ordered my regular via the app today, two egg mcmuffins (/w B1G1 promo) and a large coke zero.
