longest time ever waiting in line. display screen was not working on one side, no note, no one came on speaker! drove up and waited in car for at least 20 minutes, ordered at the pay window. no apologies and then got cold food! never again!
Consistently out of everything. "Shake machine broken" 24/7/365 and even on leap year. The night time store manager also uses his mustang to block the 2nd drive thru intercom. I'm assuming, at this point, the entire store is depressed working here and lacks the motivation to have much of a drive, hence the immense lack of quality
The worst thing I've ever eaten at McDonalds
I stopped to order a quick order of small fries. After waiting well over 20 minutes, I asked manager for a refund. Got it without any apologies. Staff are incompetent. Cashier or manager should have just grabbed my fries !!!
