I had a modified order and they didnt follow any of it. Good thing it wasnt an allergy concern. But if you pay extra for a custom order its annoying they dont even look. Then your halfway down the road before realizing it and its not worth going back.
I had my food as soon as I ordered and it's probably the best McDonald's I've had give that line cook a good raise
Tl;dr: Until they get an AI ordering machine, you're better off going to another location 5 minutes away. Highly incompetent staff here. They messed up my order, so I tried to ask them to fix it before I paid. They led me to believe they had, but then when I got my food, it was still wrong and there was no way to get back into the parking lot from the drive-thru. Bad experience and I will be getting my McDonald's fix from another location from here on out
