Waited at mobile pickup window for more than 7 mins and I was on break. All the workers literally looked at me and continued doing what they were doing. Just rude! Horrible customer service .
My family has been in the hospital for 4 days and we have been going to mc donalds because it’s literally across the street but the afternoon service - HORRIBLE. The guy running the shift these past two days very unprofessional and the two lady’s I feel have no say so. Ordered a frappe it wasn’t even filled literally no whipped cream he told me oh you waited to long to come get it - order was places within a 5 min window and that’s been waiting there for along time. Food was really good and well prepared. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Overall a great experience — highly recommend.
