Slow day and it took them FOREVER inside. Ppl lining up at the counter for 1 manager to come after standing for 10 minutes not only that but they forgot two food items in our bag and people behind me are still waiting and I just got done eating and my friends are still waiting in line
Service was horrible, I was 20 minutes late to my door dash. They were rude, all seemed to be in a pissy mood. I’ll never be accepting a door dash for this McDonalds again.
Sat at one of the two drive through lines for 16 mins. 7 cars ordered on the left side before I was even greeted. I had a mobile order that should have taken 10 mins max. I started to back out to go the other side and they finally answered me on the speaker yelling “helllloooo?” I then pulled forward and waited another 7 mins before they answered again. Once I gave my order number I had to wait 14 more mins for my food to finish… this is a reoccurring issue and needs to be addressed by the manager! Also my mcchicken was cold... read more
I keep trying to give them a chance but this morning made me so mad. I order every morning a French vanilla iced coffee with a extra shot of expresso and a pump of chocolate. This morning they handed me what is in this picture and asked the person handing it to me if she could add some creamer to it..she looked around like she had no idea what i was saying and said this is what you ordered. Absolutely not! Will not go back at this point.
Horrifically slow location, workers don’t respect customers and take hours to get simple orders correct. Not a friendly or fast location.
