makaya amazing service great food and company
8:30 pm and all the chairs were stacked on the tables. I had to ask to make sure I could eat in. They swept and mopped the floor around me while I ate my meal. I had to look at the sign on the door to make sure the dining room was open till 10:00. At the end of my meal I asked for a hot fudge sundae. The guy I assume was the shift manger glances at the machine and said it's still in heat mode which I'm sure was code for we already cleaned it. It's 3:30 and raining just wanted to come in and eat but the lobby is locked smh
You take away drink refills and then No one will even acknowledge you when you are standing there. Three times I asked someone and three times I was ignored....then the manager came with money for register...I asked for refill....she said " not now...I am busy,!". Terrible service, cold food and messy tables...McDonald's can and should do better...
