This isn’t a frequent McDs location for my boys but we dropped for dinner during the 270 rush hour. Kristy (the night manager) made this visit to McDs a memorable one! After hustling with orders she took the time to walk around the restaurant and thank customers asking if they needed anything else. In 46 years of life never seen such a McDs manager be so engaging. She needs to be instructing McDs manager level classes. This is what a genuine manager looks like to customers! Keep up the great work and positive vibes!!!
I don’t review often, and I never even go to fast food places, but today I had no choice as I was crunched for time and there weren’t other options around that one can be in and out (wish we had In-N-Out here 😫) in a matter of minutes. I had a simple order, but my sandwich was missing from the bag. I came back in, and Burt (Bert?
