Years back, I came through this drive-thru with family and ordered two pink donuts. I did not receive. Two weeks later, I returned, and said "Two weeks ago I ordered two pink donuts, but I didn't get them, so could I please get two pink donuts?" They happily obliged. I am happy with their dedication to the customer and doing the right thing. That night I ordered a McFish and a poutine and it was a-SLAMMIN. Great job, team!
Went to get 2 coffees after being at work all day and wife in the hospital. Got back to the hospital in kentville and they are ice cold . Tried to call 2x but nobody is picking up. Coffee is supposed to be hot! Looks like nobody is actually changing out the coffees every 20 minutes like they’re supposed to. Was not fresh at all and I’m disappointed . Of course it’s too late and I can’t go get my money back. Not hard to tell if coffee is hot or not. It would be steaming
They never have bagels! Even at 8 am I want bagels
