Came here today. They got my order wrong and take forever to answer the phone. Once I got thru the so called manager said they couldn’t replace a burger without the actual food as if I was inconveniencing them. Of course the food got eaten because this McDonald’s is not down the street from me. She said that’s always been there policy but that’s a lie because they always mess up orders and I’ve gotten my items replaced in the past. Make sure to check your entire order when you come here because management is rude.
