To the manager: Train your employees to actively listen. Curbside order pick-up. Order was wrong. Took order inside and told them what was wrong showing them on the printed ticket what was missed. They brought it back out saying sorry. It was still wrong. Told him that and again pointed it out with the ticket in front of their face this time and now they understood where they made a mistake. If someone comes in from the curbside pickup saying it's not right, try listening to them and figuring out the issue.
I’ve never had a problem with this McDonald’s and they’ve always been on top of things and it’s surprising because they’re always so busy. My only concern is promotional items running out so early into the promo. Charging people $17 for a meal and not giving them their promotional items? Absurd. If I wanted a regular QPC and fries I’d spend $10? If that? Management needs to make sure they stock up on promotional items and associates need to assure they’re not charging customers for something they’re not getting.
