Awesome as always
To the manager: Train your employees to actively listen. Curbside order pick-up. Order was wrong. Took order inside and told them what was wrong showing them on the printed ticket what was missed. They brought it back out saying sorry. It was still wrong. Told him that and again pointed it out with the ticket in front of their face this time and now they understood where they made a mistake.
