If you wanna be ignored your in the right place. I deliver food for my side job and absolutely despise coming here they let the line get super long and don't knowledge anyone untill they absolutely have to . They continue with conversations in the back and leave the front unattended and ignored when the manager does speak he is pleasant but that's 20minutes after you've stood there. I will say the orders at the store do tend to have a small error margine. However customer service makes you feel inhuman.
I used to come weekly for breakfast, which has been generally fast and correct. However, for lunch and afternoon this place is to be avoided. Long wait times, rude service, and getting the correct order you ordered is the exception and not the rule.
I don’t think this McDonald’s gets recognized enough everytime I go in they are always just top service, I had my siblings in the back of my car and maleek was so playful and had amazing customer service that needed to be recognized. That same lady taking my order every time she’s always so sweet and that 2nd window I always see this young girl always going beyond and kind. I love every single person that works there and every time my food is always correct even on DoorDash.
I left the area for a year and forgot how bad this McDonald's is. Do not go here if you're in a rush even if the parking lot is empty. This place sucked the last time I came and stil does
