Great customer service! I went through the drive through and an item was forgotten, they quickly made what I ordered and offered a refund. I did not accept a refund as I received my food. But they were very apologetic and kind. Mistakes happen but the follow through and integrity is rare! Kudos to leadership!
This McDonalds location is ON POINT! The food always comes out good and fresh, the service is amazing and fast, the lobby’s always clean, and the workers are always super friendly and sweet! My friends and I come here a lot on Fridays for the free fry with a purchase deal, and I also come here a lot after rehearsals with friends. I just felt like it was only fair that these workers feel appreciated for their amazing service every single time! I have yet to have a poor experience! Thank you!!
