Rest of the food was on point but the burgers didn't have patties. I ordered just ketchup and onions on 2 mcdoubles and they didn't give me burgers.
I went to order 3 multi orders as I was working with my 2 other co workers and the lady did not let us she said because it would mess up the timings customer first I think not she gave me a grossly look after I asked her why can’t we just order another one after and she told us to drive all around again to order. Please do better Bowen road McDonald’s.
Update: multiple items not available on the menu. Whoever does stock take for this location needs some help. By the looks of it, they were almost out of lettuce too. Staff are always great. Good service. Burgers seem to get thinner by the month though. Also often run out of ingredients which can be irritating. Eg: cheese.
