Hey Bowen Rd Macdonald's, your service was not good today. I waited 15 minutes at your 3rd window for a decaf coffee and it never came. Often, there is a wait for decaf which is annoying but today, nothing. I paid for a coffee that necer came. You can do better.
Just had a great experience with the staff at this McDonald's! I made there life super hard today with a complex order for 13 people. And they treated me amazing and the food was great! Many years ago I left a 2* rating here but it seems life this store has done a great job! Thank you so much for taking care of me!
Why staff modify orders their own, we didn't order meals!!
