I ordered a McDouble meal. And it took 16 minutes to get my meal. That is not satisfactory. Time standard not met.
If you are 20 minutes from breakfast ending do not go to the drive through. I had an online order and when I finally got to the window they told me it was automatically cancelled since it was10:31 and breakfast was over. I said I would place another order and it would not let me, because The app was telling me I still had an order that I needed to pick up. I get to the window. HISTORICALLY one of the Quicker, friendlier and more competent than many other fast food places in town. HOWEVER, many of the competent staff no longer work here and service and quality has deteriorated.
The staff is inattentive, get the orders wrong and are borderline rude.
