Excellent iced coffee!
I saw 8-10 people walk out this morning. Nobody is operating the front register. We stood there and waited patiently, no one ever even acknowledged us. I ordered on the kiosk and still had to leave without my order. Then when you order on the kiosk the lady working drive thru will hand you your food with no drink, so then you gotta wait until someone else is available to give you your drink. Didn’t get everything I ordered , called multiple times and no one answered
Order place on kiosk at 9:57am, never received a receipt. Didn't receive the order until 10:09am then sat down and open the bag to notice no syrup or fork so back up front for another few minutes. Had to say something to get the cashier attention. I'm a former McDonald's cook and a former line cook from several other restaurants, this customer service at this location in the morning have been horrible lately.
