Had to wait more than 15 minutes for the order to be completed. It was not busy. In for the spicey chicken was stale. Wry slow Service. Ever since the old man exited, leaving it to his son, it appears that McAnderson could care less about delivering a quality product.
Very rude young lady yelled at me because I would not pull up in Drive thru to the curb. They messed the order up made a m&m instead of a cookies & crème. Get the order correct and you wouldn’t have to ask me to pull up.
I stood there along with others in the lobby while no one acknowledged us. Then the lady that seemed to be the manager yells “I don’t care about doordashers orders” while we were all standing there patiently and had watched cars that pulled in after us get their food. I left to go to the drive through and was told that I would have to come inside. YALL HAVENT ACKNOWLEDGED ANYONE INSIDE! It’s the type of service you would expect from a toddler. I left. The younger staff in the daytime is usually fairly nice though.
