Food orders were correctly prepared and employees are very friendly.
First McDonalds I have ever given 5 stars to. Whoever is managing this one should be their new CEO. It’s the cleanest I’ve seen. I am a picky eater, got a very specific order, and they got just one thing wrong. This is somewhat expected from all McDonald’s. What happened next was amazing! They apologized and were truly sorry and remade it. I said it was no problem at all. Then they brought out my order fine and refunded my entire order. Terrible service. Incredibly inconvenient. On the road a lot and probably the worst McDonalds experience I’ve had. Not worth trying to save time.
Bad service. Refused to give us our two mobile app orders stating “it’s our policy, only one order per car” NEVER have we had this issue with a Mc Donald’s before. Would give zero stars for service if able.
Ordered through the app and never received my food. Showed the receipt and no one knew where the order was. They didn't even acknowledge the order was ever received.
