Everything was awful start to finish. Got my drink order wrong, insulted me on how many sugars I like with my coffee, spilled tge other beverage. Coffee was cold, iced coffee not made right. Went into get it right and I ended up getting a refund with NO APOLOGY. The employees all seemed to be under the influence.
I waited 43 minutes. They were super nice and apologized. The food was fine. The wait sucked.
I don’t ever leave reveries on anything but this is ridiculous. Me and my girlfriend placed a mobile order at 10:13, got to the McDonald’s at 10:19 and they gave us drinks at the window and told us to wait at the drive thru reserve. We’ve been waiting over 30 mins and still are waiting as I’m writing this. They also have given plenty of cars behind us their food, and I’ve seen cars drive off before they even pay they were so mad. We only got a cheeseburger meal and crispy sandwich. If I could give zero I would.
