It's not always fresh but overall it's decent there's this one worker he's a super respectful guy he works the pay window and talks to us every time we are in the drive through
Hair was found in my burger, roaches crawling all in the building/dining area. Workers acted annoyed when I asked for a refund.
Tried the big arch burger today, very good
the food itself came out fine besides the fries were a little too crispy , my issue comes from the employees being VERY rude over food i payed for that they forgot . i was basically called a liar over a forgotten drink , and given stank faces for asking for stuff i very much so payed for and was on the receipt. i had a pretty big order so it wasn’t a big deal things were forgotten but why be rude and im literally telling u im not trying to be difficult but whatever terrible service .
