I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I pulled into the drive-thru and was instructed to wait. While I was waiting, another vehicle arrived in the other drive-thru lane after me. Despite arriving later, that customer was helped and served before me. After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time without any acknowledgment, I politely said “hello” to make sure I had not been forgotten.
