every time i go i am asked to park regardless of order size and half the time wait 20 minutes for my food i drink and it’s melted and cold they do nothing to accommodate their actions let alone take accountability for the time they wasted i don’t recommend going through there drive through it’s horrible service and half the time they only take one lines ordering and leave the others sitting there
Drive thru took forever, please hire some people for late night drive thru.
Very disappointed with the service. Every time I come here at night, I have to wait in a very long line, and the service is extremely slow. After waiting so long, they often say they don’t have milkshakes or ice cream available. If these items are unavailable, customers should be informed before people spend so much time waiting in line. When we asked for the manager’s name, the staff initially refused to tell us.
