I am thoroughly impressed with the way this team works together. It was VERY busy with both takeout, drive through, and walk in customers and the way these kids worked together quickly and efficiently is something that a lot of people are just not able to do. Amazing job!!!

Can someone please explain how this product is considered acceptable to sell? It honestly disgusted me and completely ruined my appetite. It looks like it was dropped on the floor, picked up, and then wrapped and sold. Also I ordered extra lettuce in the burger, instead of more lettuce (I don’t mind pay for extra), I got barely no lettuce. Very disappointed and honestly angry. I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The staff were not helpful and the food quality was bad. First, I ordered apple pies expecting them to be hot or at least warm like they usually are. Instead, they gave them to me completely cold. When I went back to the counter and asked about it, the staff member told me I would have to wait 15 minutes if I wanted hot ones. It felt like they didn’t really care about fixing the problem. This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had at McDonald’s. We ordered two combo meals and both orders were completely unacceptable. The French fries in both meals were cold and tasted terrible. My wrap was also cold, almost as if it had come straight out of the freezer, while the meat inside was only slightly warm and wrapped in a cold tortilla.
