This location is consistently frustrating, and the issues have clearly not been fixed for a long time. The self-order kiosks almost never print receipts. After placing an order, there is no ticket, and the “Now Serving” screen at the counter doesn’t properly display kiosk order numbers either. I came here today and i ordered a medium iced coffee with extra sweetener and they made it perfectly, every other location makes my coffee so bitter when i ask for extra syrup.
