Our family (4 children total, a set of grandparents, my cousin and his wife and me) came here for my daughter’s birthday dinner. Upon ordering our dessert and getting ready to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, a staff member rudely informed us that celebrating birthdays without booking a party is not allowed at that location. Tonight I ordered food around 11:15pm and when I got home we noticed the food was dry, (I had the chicken wrap meal, double cheeseburger meal, and 6 piece nugget meal). One of the wraps had 4 little dried up balls in it… the double cheeseburger was dry and the cheese was thrown on, and lastly the nuggets were dried out. I called and spoke with the manager April and she told me to bring the food back tomorrow. I've been shopping but I don't know why there isn't anyone serving up front. If you ask, they tell you to order on the screen and they don't want to give service up front because they say they're busy and the burgers are delivered poorly made or destroyed. I'll think twice before coming back.
