On September 8, my wife and I both placed separate mobile orders. They were accepted and the money was taken from our respective bank accounts. However when we arrived at around 1:20pm, the entire parking lot was coned off. We drove around the block trying to find a way to get to the location and there was no way to get in. The food was ok but getting it correctly was a struggle.
Currently standing with a bunch of people in the lobby, waiting for about 30 minutes for our orders as the drive-through is completely prioritized, not a single person who works here has communicated with anyone waiting for this amount of time, I think everyone who ordered this evening should get gift cards, the lack of communication and customer service is disappointing, maybe you should also pay your employees more to care a little more
