Ordered on mobile app and the option for pickup at the counter was available. Went to the door and the door was locked, and they forced us to go through the drive through.
Horrible experience. I had the employee say they needed my pin to complete order payment and I don't think that's the right procedure. But mainly I asked for three things and repeated it twice when I ordered and after being handed my food I repeated it to ensure they had every chance at not forgetting. I asked for salt, ketchup, and a sauce packet(which I PAID FOR) and at the window the manager looked at me dead in the eye and ensured that he DID NOT forget.
