Usually everything goes smoothly every morning I get the same item without fail. Today they accidentally charged me double my order which I tried to explain to the lady at the window. Instead of just saying okay she immediately went to giving attitude and blaming it on me. They "lost" my order. All good, it happens. But instead of solving the issue and giving us the food, the manager decided to take another route, and told us to "talk with the app people". They look into their system to check for the order and said they had nothing. Later, they told us that our friends should've taken our order. At the end, they figured their employee had abandoned the order on an empty table, because he didn't know where we were... Too bad
